SOCOM Staff Oportunities
SOCOM is growing. To help with the future growth of this ministry we are looking for personnel with leadership potential. We are now offering staff positions to help with the day-to-day operations of the Command Center; the official home for fellowship in the SOCOM Army.
All jobs listed show what rank is required for available positions.
Field promotions may be authorized for approved candidates only after a probationary period has been completed.
Fellowship Coordinators
Supervisory position to be placed in charge of the following positions:
- Forum Moderator
- Topic Poster
- Prayer Warrior
- Contact Tracker
Requirements:
- Dedication.
- Must agree with our Statement of Faith and abide by all SOCOM regulations found in the Rules of Engagement
- Reports directly to first-line supervisor (Command Sergeant Major for First Sergeants and General for Captains)
- Ability to visit Command Center at least 3-4 times per week
- Sign up for Charlie or Bravo Company in the Command Center
- Must be willing to stay in communication with Chain-of-Command on a regular basis.
Rank:

Consists of moderating the SOCOM Forum on a regular basis and ensuring all posts follow established guidlines set forth by the Rules of Engagement.
Requirements:
- Reports to the Fellowship Coordinator as first-line supervisor
- Requires the periodic screening of the fourm area at least 3-4 times per week.
- Sign up for Charlie or Bravo Company in the Command Center
- Must be willing to stay in communication with Chain-of-Command on a regular basis.
- Must agree with our Statement of Faith and abide by all SOCOM regulations found in the Rules of Engagement

- Sergeant First Class / Lieutenant
Topic Posters
In charge of posting new topics dealing with today's current events and the church. Creativity is a must to help spark discussion in the forum.
Requirements:
- Reports to the Fellowship Coordinator as first-line supervisor
- Must be willing to post at least one new topic in the forum per week.
- Sign up for Charlie or Bravo Company in the Command Center
- Must agree with our Statement of Faith and abide by all SOCOM regulations found in the Rules of Engagement
- Must be willing to stay in communication with Chain-of-Command on a regular basis.

Prayer Warriors
Help pray for our members and those who send in prayer requests throughout the world wide web.
